The Dominion Homeowners Association is a nonprofit organization that serves residents of The Dominion - a prestigious golf course community featuring lots with stunning Hill Country and city views. The Dominion is home to 600 private residences and multiple golf courses.

Project Overview

Because the homeowners' association told us their biggest need is open communication, we instituted weekly onsite production meetings to understand their expectations and address issues quickly. We also established a local management team that is available to meet whenever necessary, in addition to a full-time manager on the property.

Our onsite manager developed a binder to address specific needs of each homeowner and dispatched a team of irrigation technicians to identify all issues within the first week. We also provided the client with an extensive list of issues and system needs.
