Clayton J. Fieldhouse, Market Leader
Clayton brings 15 years of landscape experience to Native Land Design, including all aspects of landscape maintenance, installation, sales, irrigation, pesticide applications, regional management operations, as well as proper practices, policies, procedures and safety. His extensive background includes daily management of large multi-million dollar clients to include George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch in California as well as branch manager for Military Housing Nationwide, Commercial Sales in Virginia and Regional Manager in North Carolina.
In addition to his professional landscape resume, Clayton is bilingual in Spanish. He is studying to acquire CLT certification this fall and is Maxicom Tier 2 certified.
Anthony Hernandez, Account Manager
Anthony has 10 years of experience working in the landscape and maintenance industry. He began his career in the San Antonio area working with his father, who has 22 years of landscaping and maintenance experience. While working in San Antonio, Anthony was the supervisor of various landscape and maintenance projects and was in charge of the supervision of employee production as well as providing customer service to HOAs in the area. Recently, he moved to McAllen and joined the NLD team in January of 2011, where he plans to bring the same quality, reassurance and great work that NLD provides to its customers.
Anthony is also working on receiving his bachelor degree in Business Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys playing baseball, hunting and spending time with his family.
