Terry Bodiford, Director of Operations
Terry brings over 10 years' experience to Native Land Design. Having worked in various types of industries over the past ten years, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in predictive index training, sales team management, contract negotiating, customer relations, developing marketing strategies and a keen sense of performance in turning around sales territories and leadership. He attended The University of Texas at San Antonio and San Antonio College in San Antonio, Texas.
Armando Barrientez, Production Manager
Armando brings 13 years of experience to the NLD family. His love for the industry began as a summer job right out of high school in 1999. He began his career in the landscape industry as a supervisor for various landscape and maintenance projects at a local subcontracting company in San Antonio. He then worked at TruGreen as the head foreman for ground maintenance where he was responsible for multiple projects that included landscape maintenance. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two children and his three dogs.
Margarita Hernandez, Administration and Client Relations Manager
Margarita brings to NLD over 20 years of office management and administration experience. She began working in the landscape industry in 2008 at Trugreen LandCare where she gained significant experience in the industry, participated in the restructure of TruGreen's Administrative Support Team in 2009 working in various areas of the consolidation: Customer Service, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing, HR Administration, and Collections. She is the recipient of the TruTalent Top 10 Award for Administrative Support for her participation in providing ideas implemented to assist with the administrative roles and maintaining the highest collections from 2010 to 2011 for the Texoma Region. She is a Texas Native, married 6 years and has six children. In her spear time, she spends quality time with her grandsons and participates in Women's Home Based Ministry.
Joseph Coelho, Marketing Representative
Joseph brings 27 years of account management, event and marketing experience. He is Sales Training Certified and has a professional certification with 8 automotive manufacturers. His career started off in the automotive industry but soon enough, his green thumb lead him to the landscape management industry. Joseph is also a professional photographer.
He is originally from Danbury, Connecticut and moved to San Antonio in 1998. He and his wife Viola have been married for 8 years and enjoy the pleasures of drinking wine, and ballroom dancing. He enjoys participating in almost every sport, billiards being his favorite past time, as well as cooking and social events. They have three children; Michael, Jonathan and Priscilla, as well as two wonderful grand children and family members in Connecticut as well as Germantown, Maryland.
