Weekly Maintenance
Our regular maintenance schedule includes mowing, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing the Entries, Condos, and Bluffs Cottages.
Wildlife and Soil Conditions
To protect the property from the impact of abundant wildlife and inconsistent soil conditions, we installed new cultivars of plant material resistant to wildlife feeding and created a custom blend of turf fertilizer. We also monitor irrigation runoff and timing for best water absorption and use mulching mowers to improve organic soil matter.
Ongoing Construction
Because this is a development with continuous construction, we maintain a consistent management presence with proactive reviews of newly developing areas and provide fast response to plant material damage caused by construction.
Expansive Site
We collaborated with the developer to create new construction schedules, broken into sectioned areas, and use color-coded maps for daily, weekly and monthly plans.
