For this project, we met with the client each week to discuss the ever-changing needs of the site. And because the developer was out of town, we kept communication open about work schedules and construction components of the property.
To meet the client’s exceptionally high standards, we sent them numerous examples of our work, met onsite often and drove them to different parts of San Antonio to get an idea of local climate, etc. We also saw examples of their properties across the country to better understand and meet their expectations.
