Native Employee Extravaganza

Ben Collinsworth

At Native you don’t have to look too hard to find us squeezing some fun into our busy schedule. Weather it’s the company cookoff, a trip to Washington, an annual kick off meeting, or even a trip to a vineyard, we are always up to something.  We certainly recognize the importance of hard work and customer service, but making Native a great place to work and feel at home is also a priority.9D4Awbfg

One of our favorite events is our annual Employee Appreciation Day.  Last week Native held parties in all of our markets thanking our front-line team members without whom we would not be where we are.  As the seasons change we begin to shift gears and many of our visa workers will be headed back until next spring.  We find this is a great time to thank everyone, celebrate the years successes, and most of all have some fun. IMG_0487

In Austin our team met for some great food, raffle prizes, and some good spirited competition on the go carts, putt-putt courses, and video games.  Watching the go cart races was the best!!  As much as the year is filled with long, hot, days taking the time to celebrate and show thanks, is crucial to our business.  In Houston the team worked together to cook a real feast for the guys as well as some other tokens of appreciation.

XmB9DikgEveryone at Native has a specific role and no one role is more important than the other.  All of the technology, machinery, training, and development wouldn't amount to much without execution on the front line.  We consider our team our biggest strength, and love having the opportunity to thank them while building better, more personal, relationships.

Thank you to all of our employees that help make Native who it is.
