Position Description
The crew leader is responsible for working with and directing a work crew in the performance of the work assigned on that day while while seeing that customer needs are being met.
The crew leader will:

See that the crew performs all work assigned to it in an efficient and safe manner

Stay within budget and assure that the work is performed to the highest quality standards

Respond to any specific requests of the client while on site and notify the supervisor of work requests that are not within the scope of work

Train crew members on the proper techniques for performing regular tasks while following company policies and adhering to administrative requirements

Sees that all equipment is secure and report any problems to the mechanical shop upon leaving the work site
